1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the CatchMyCalls service, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

CatchMyCalls provides automated SMS text-back and missed-call recovery services for service-based businesses. Our AI-driven system sends SMS messages to callers when you are unable to answer, collecting basic triage information on your behalf.

3. Messaging Terms & Conditions

By opting into our service and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive transactional and promotional SMS messages from CatchMyCalls.

• Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number we use. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@catchmycalls.us.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CatchMyCalls is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CatchMyCalls makes no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of the service. We are not liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, or indirect damages resulting from your use of the service or the failure of the AI to respond to or accurately qualify a lead.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your end customers to receive SMS messages, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all local regulations. CatchMyCalls acts purely as a technology provider and processor.

6. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
